Spectrum Development was the merger of two longstanding development companies in the Cayman Islands and were the original pioneers of Green Building in the country having introduced LEED and Net Zero energy residential projects to Cayman more than a decade ago.
Today the Cayman Islands has the most LEED certified homes per capita in the world and the ability to design-build truly sustainable homes able to produce a majority of its own energy has become a reality thanks to Spectrum’s founders.

LEED | Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Available for virtually all building types, LEED provides a framework for healthy, efficient, and cost-saving green buildings. LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership.
